Back To It Or Not?

I apologize. I missed the last two week's posts. It has been hectic around here and I did nothing. I did not even see if anyone else had the time to write you all something. It's all my lack of doing. Again, please accept my apologies.

When is a sniper not a sniper? How about when there is no gun? How about when there is no bullet? You've seen the news. Fear has been gripping the state again. A sniper has been killing people at random. The news is constantly talking about it. There have been five separate incidents with 7 dead and another 4 injured in the ensuing panic. People are afraid to go out into the streets. Nowhere seems safe.

The oddities have not been discussed in the news, but I have reports on them. It was enough to pique our interest. Not only ours, but also the O.S.I.R. is all over it. I have mixed feelings about leaving it up to them, but perhaps I should. I'm more than little sick of the violence. How much responsibility do I have when it comes to the violent offenders? I mean, if there are gifted in trouble, or they are just messed up, I will be the first to jump in, but these stone cold killers are a different matter. Look at last time. I unleashed one monster on another.
